• 4+ years project management experience.
• Strong verbal communication and networking skills for new business development.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing multiple development projects.
• Experience with virtual project teams.
• Strong organizational skills.
• PMP Certification preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the success of projects by specifying goals, strategy, and staffing.
• Schedule project deliverables, track milestones and progress, identify risks, develop contingency plans, and allocate resources.
• Manage client contracts, commercial agreements, and project documentation.
• Ensure appropriate billability of project hours and timely submission of resource forecasts.
• Build effective relationships using strong soft skills.
• Identify, resolve, and document client-side and internal issues.
