Requirements:

• Graduated in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or similar.
• 4 to 6 years experience in Growth, Operations, Project Management, or related fields.
• Experience in tech startups is a plus.
• Familiarity with automation tools and reporting dashboards.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and natural negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies.
• Practical problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute strategies for growth and loyalty of Flotas/Inversionistas.
• Plan and implement campaigns to acquire new Flotas/Inversionistas and CSA.
• Engage with fleet owners through regular meetings to understand needs and propose growth projects.
• Conduct detailed analyses of operational performance and KPIs to identify improvements.
• Collaborate with Operational Excellence and Customer Support teams for process improvements.
• Develop alliances with rental companies and car manufacturers to expand vehicle options.
