Requirements:

• Fluency in the Russian language is mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, operations management, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
• Proven experience in executive leadership roles within a rapidly growing organization.
• Experience in micromobility, transportation, or related industries is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of the Brazilian market, regulations, and local dynamics.
• Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• A strategic thinker who can translate vision into actionable plans.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the CEO to develop and execute the company's strategy for Brazil.
• Provide strategic guidance to city managers and operations teams.
• Oversee all operational aspects including fleet management, maintenance, rider experience, and safety protocols.
• Implement best practices to optimize operational efficiency.
• Lead and mentor city managers, fostering innovation and accountability.
• Ensure compliance with local and national regulations.
• Develop relationships with local authorities.
• Work with the CFO on budget management and financial performance.
• Implement strategies for revenue growth in Brazil.
• Provide updates to the CEO and board on operational performance.
