Requirements:

• 5+ years of corporate experience, including at least 2 years in a large e-commerce environment in an n-1 role.
• Distinctive experience in hiring, managing, and coordinating teams to deliver complex projects.
• Strong analytical mindset and advanced business acumen.
• Proficiency in e-commerce CRO processes and business operations.
• Deep understanding of cross-border apparel supply chains.
• C1 English level for full autonomy in a native English-speaking country.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the entire e-commerce division of Title.
• Focus on three key metrics during the first 18–36 months: Total GMV, Share of GMV attributable to own or partners’ brands, and IOS and Web Apps CVRs.
• Ensure the stable operation and efficiency of the e-commerce platform's subsystems, including assortment, recommendations, payment, delivery, and customer support.
• Develop own apparel and accessories brands with overseas production and fulfillment.
• Build a dedicated continuous CRO process with consistent delivery of CVRs uplift.
