Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a quantitative field; MBA preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in FP&A, Big 4 Accounting, or private equity.
• In-depth experience with Adaptive and working knowledge of NetSuite.
• Outstanding analytical skills with ability to simplify data.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience developing presentations.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in 3 statement financial modeling.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines, adaptability, and self-motivation in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with large datasets, automation, and business intelligence skills; Power BI experience is a plus.
• Unwavering ethical standards.

Responsibilities:

• Own the annual budget, monthly & quarterly forecast, and long-range planning processes.
• Design and refine detailed financial models to analyze functional costs and improve forecast accuracy.
• Prepare internal and external management reporting, analyze financial results, and communicate findings to senior management.
• Maintain Workday Adaptive for accurate data management.
• Build relationships with cross-functional teams to integrate updates.
• Provide timely ad hoc reporting to support executive management.
• Establish trust-based relationships with business partners to understand relevant drivers.
• Drive development and implementation of FP&A process improvements.
• Support monthly close processes with variance analysis.
