• Assist the team with complex VAT issues during return preparation and client requests.
• Join client calls to address difficult cases.
• Support team leader with administrative tasks and reporting.
• Facilitate process improvements and monitor error logs.
• Help with performance management for new team members.
• Assist in the training of new and existing team members with the Senior VAT Manager.
• Collaborate with other teams for process streamlining and customer service.
• Encourage technology improvements and onboarding processes.
• Act as backup to VAT Compliance Team Leader.
• Work towards improving professional VAT knowledge.
• Track penalties and update records related to TO letters.
