Requirements:

• Degree in supply chain, operations management, or related field (in progress).
• English written and spoken (French is a plus).
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Ability to work without direct supervision and have ownership of work.
• Comfortable with changing plans in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the head of operations with day-to-day tasks.
• Process quotes and orders.
• Set up vendor catalogues in the inventory management system.
• Assist in developing a third-party transportation fleet.
