Requirements:

• Minimum 4+ years of field sales management experience leading a team of sales reps in molecular diagnostics, specifically in Women’s Health, Prenatal, or Reproductive Health.
• Strong experience in hiring, developing, coaching, and motivating sales teams to exceed sales goals.
• Demonstrated successful sales track record, strong negotiation and closing skills, and effective selling and presentation skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to customers.
• Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a comprehensive, data-driven sales strategy and business plan for market development throughout the South-Atlantic region.
• Build and lead a team of talented sales representatives to execute sales strategies and optimize opportunities.
• Recruit, hire, train, manage, and develop sales representatives.
• Enhance customized pitches to OBGYNs, MFMs, and prenatal Genetic Counselors.
• Analyze sales results and industry trends using data to drive success within territory.
