Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years sales experience, preferably in medical devices.
• Experience selling in a clinical setting.
• Ability to quickly develop expertise and credibility.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects/accounts.
• Ability to effectively use a CRM to manage progress.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert product support to physicians and staff.
• Achieve a quarterly procedure quota within an assigned territory.
• Facilitate collection and review of KPIs for quarterly reviews.
• Develop mastery of the Galaxy System and relevant procedures.
• Conduct local marketing, outreach, and education events.
• Support initial physician training and program growth.
• Manage KOLs within assigned territory including live observations.
