Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, technology, engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in a Salesforce Product Owner or similar role.
• Proven ability to manage product lifecycles and drive user adoption.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities and integrations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Possession of Salesforce certifications is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers.
• Define and maintain the Salesforce product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Prioritize development backlog based on stakeholder input.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements.
• Conduct regular meetings to align initiatives with business priorities.
• Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle.
• Implement training programs to drive user adoption.
• Ensure data integrity and manage reporting standards.
• Stay informed of Salesforce updates and evaluate third-party tools.
