Requirements:

• High school graduation or GED with 2 months related experience in MEP systems, or an Associate Degree with 3-5 years of Construction and Mission Critical experience.
• Visual acuity to meet Snellen fraction threshold of 20/30 for near and far vision.
• Ability to distinguish colors and contrasts normally encountered in testing.
• General understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Computer skills including Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, equipment and site drawings.
• Perform and record results for inspections and tests.
• Use tools for quality control and assurance.
• Ensure measuring and test equipment is in proper condition.
• Write and communicate reports effectively.
• Coordinate with internal and external personnel.
• Review QA/QC plans and inspection procedures.
