Requirements:

• 7+ years of senior leadership in Atlanta organizations working in K-12 education, workforce pathways, and civic engagement.
• Deep understanding of the local landscape and relationships with key community stakeholders.
• Adept fundraiser with the ability to identify, cultivate, and close new investment sources.
• Proven ability to build strategic partnerships for nonprofit impact.
• Exceptional communication skills to connect with various community stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Holistic responsibility for the execution of APA’s Partner City strategy in Atlanta, including financial model management, member experience, team growth, and collective action work.
• Recruit new organizations and onboard them into the community.
• Ensure high engagement and satisfaction of participating organizations.
• Lead fundraising to sustain and grow the Atlanta Alliance.
• Build and lead a high-performing team and contribute to APA’s national strategy.
