• Ideally experienced with Government Digital Service (GDS) service standards.
• Strong knowledge of agile delivery methodologies.
• Passion for collaboration with business and IT teams.
• Willingness to assume multiple roles within agile delivery teams.
• Commitment to professional development with relevant agile certifications (PSPO / PSM).

Responsibilities:

• Join the Digital Factory community to share knowledge and expertise.
• Lead digital delivery projects with influence and leadership.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business outcomes.
• Make priority decisions and ensure requirements are ready for development.
• Support scrum teams in various roles as needed to maintain an agile model.
