Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience installing, maintaining, configuring, monitoring, and automating in Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems.
• 3+ years of experience scripting in PowerShell.
• Technical experience across the entire IT infrastructure and managed services stack.
• Ability to identify security challenges and establish secure baselines for OS devices.
• Experience with source control and REST APIs.

Responsibilities:

• Build content for IT operations software products through scripts and monitoring conditions.
• Create ad hoc scripts and automations for clients.
• Research and design new IT operations standards based on best practices.
• Update the scripting database for improved IT industry standards.
• Implement automation solutions for incidents in the IT landscape.
