Requirements:
- Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in a remote or night shift setting.

Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to their experience.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Document customer interactions and issue resolutions in our CRM system.
- Conduct follow-up communications to ensure customer issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
- Collect and relay customer feedback to relevant departments for continuous improvement.
- Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure a seamless customer service experience.
