Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Five (5) years of Agile Project Management experience.
• Five (5) years working with the System Development Life Cycle.
• Certification as a Release Train Engineer or Scrum Trainer.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to teach systems thinking.
• Knowledge of SharePoint, Outlook, MS Project, and Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience with Agility Tools such as JIRA, Miro, and Confluence.

Responsibilities:

• Helps teams embrace Agile Core Values and implement Agile practices.
• Aligns teams with product vision and sprint goals.
• Guides Junior Scrum Masters and removes impediments.
• Creates a collaborative environment for conflict resolution.
• Champions continuous improvement activities.
• Supports Product Management and creates planning documents.
• Facilitates team events and ART activities.
• Supports Continuous Delivery and implements Agile techniques.
• Calculates team capacity and velocity, and estimates work effort.
• Reports progress, risks, and ensures adherence to Scrum principles.
