Requirements:

• A minimum of 8 years of software development experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of devops experience.
• At least 2 years of experience managing engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of tech stack including Python, Django, React, AWS serverless, RDS Postgres, and Elasticsearch or similar.
• Demonstrated experience in software architecture and roadmapping.
• Proven ability to manage budgets effectively.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to work remotely and manage a remote team.
• Fluency in English.
• Availability to overlap working hours with EST timezone.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with leadership to define and implement technology strategy and product roadmap.
• Lead, mentor, and expand the engineering team.
• Oversee system design and architecture changes.
• Set and manage budgets while improving efficiency and reducing costs.
• Collaborate with product management to ensure software meets business needs.
• Stay informed on industry trends and technologies.
