Requirements:

• Preferred 2 years of mortgage experience; former Branch, Area & Regional Manager experience is a plus.
• 5 + years of recruitment experience, preferably in the mortgage industry.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to influence management and stakeholders.
• Excellent time management skills for competing priorities.
• Knowledge of recruitment metrics and KPIs.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to use Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Responsibilities:

• Attract talent through strategic planning, collaboration, negotiation, and communication.
• Collaborate with the President/Owner and assigned Client Company to lead recruitment activities.
• Fill various positions in the mortgage sector based on client needs.
• Participate in project work and process improvements.
• Handle administrative tasks for new hires and ensure follow-up.
