Requirements:

• 5-10 years of experience in a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Media or Arts.
• Master’s degree in related studies preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Lead product development lifecycle from concept to delivery in an agile, fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with clients and users to gather feedback and translate needs into actionable product features.
• Orchestrate and lead client workshops and user research.
• Prioritize product backlogs, define clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Serve as the voice of the customer and liaise with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain coordination with product design, engineering, and data science teams.
• Drive continuous product improvements through A/B testing and data-driven insights.
• Manage go-to-market strategy and launch planning for new products.
• Align with stakeholders on product roadmaps and feature enhancements.
• Facilitate decision-making in response to market demands.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and customer satisfaction.
