Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in APAC payroll processing.
  • Strong expertise in India Payroll, including statutory deductions, taxation, and compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interactions and team coordination.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel for data analysis, reporting, and payroll calculations.
  • Ability to independently handle end-to-end payroll processes and issues.
  • Strong attention to detail, focusing on accuracy and meeting deadlines.
  • Proactive individual capable of managing payroll and ensuring compliance with local laws.
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the accurate and timely processing of Global payroll, including tax filings and regulatory compliance.
  • Adhere to monthly SLA metrics and other deliverables.
  • Liaise with employees and third-party payroll vendors to ensure payroll reflects pay policies.
  • Collaborate with HR & Finance for seamless information sharing.
  • Develop, update, and maintain process mapping and documentation.
  • Resolve payroll queries and provide accurate information to stakeholders.
  • Verify exit clearance formalities and process employee F&F.
