Field Support Representative (US - Remote)

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience as a Field Support Representative for UAS, ideally with government or military clients.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, familiar with triage and escalation workflows.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• OCONUS military experience preferred.
• Familiarity with RMA, spares, logistics, or other repair workflows.
• Experience with Linux operating systems and military standard maintenance practices preferred.
• Existing or prior security clearance preferred.
• Ability to multitask and demonstrate professionalism.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with internal teams to become an expert on Skydio’s products and processes.
• Develop field support processes to enhance escalation and debugging workflows.
• Minimize technical escalations to engineering by implementing effective triage techniques.
• Become a certified Skydio UAS Operator and Trainer to support customer enablement and troubleshooting.
• Offer on-the-job training in maintenance and operation techniques related to UAS.
• Create or enhance written inspection procedures to assist customers in maintaining their fleets.
• Deliver on-site company representation and technical support, initiating corrective actions as necessary.
