Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Data / Business Analytics / Sales Operations / Consulting.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Proactive approach and genuine curiosity to understand and share data insights.
• Ability to work collaboratively to turn data into actionable insights.
• Strong understanding of Sales, Customer Success, and Go-To-Market processes and metrics.
• Familiarity with the SaaS customer lifecycle from acquisition to retention and expansion.
• Good technical skills including spreadsheet analysis, SQL code, and dashboard building.
• Experience with CRM tools (like Salesforce, SAP, Pipedrive) and customer care tools (like FreshDesk, Custify).
• Eagerness to embrace new technologies and contribute to a data-driven culture in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead overall development of pre-sales and post-sales intelligence, containing dashboards, reports, and insights.
• Proactively interpret data to provide insights and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide data and ad-hoc analyses to the sales team and management as needed.
• Work with Management on the creation of a data-driven Sales Strategy and Vision.
• Contribute to creating revenue plans including headcount and pipeline plans.
• Cooperate with Go To Market Operations team on reviewing Pipeline, QBRs, Targets, etc.
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and drive critical thinking.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering team to connect sales touch points with product data.
