- At least 3 years of customer success experience, preferably in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
- Experience with companies of similar size to n8n's customer base, typically 100-1000+ employees.
- Strong technical acumen and ability to learn complex products, along with proactive communication skills.
- Experience in Account Management or Sales is a plus, along with familiarity with low-code platforms.
- Onboard new mid-market enterprise customers by leading onboarding sessions and guiding them through initial integration.
- Manage customer retention by building strong relationships, identifying upsell opportunities, and partnering with Sales for renewals.
- Act as the customer's advocate internally by relaying feedback to product teams and collaborating with support to resolve issues.
- Suggest and implement improvements to Customer Success workflows, track key metrics, and use automation for enhanced customer experience.
