Sr. Sage 100 Consultant

5+ years of experience as a Sage 100 consultant or in similar midmarket ERP solutions. Bachelor's degree preferred. Proficiency in project scoping, planning, requirements gathering, and business process mapping. Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and meet deadlines. Strong understanding of accounting, sales, manufacturing, and inventory management practices. Excellent organizational, communication, decision-making, and analytical skills. Working knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools. Ability to travel as needed.

Strategically guide customers through the software implementation process. Deliver informative training sessions and engage customers effectively. Provide outstanding post-implementation service and support. Conduct in-depth discovery meetings to identify customers’ needs. Produce professional documentation, including Statements of Work. Perform project scoping, planning, business process mapping, and UAT testing. Act as the Subject Matter Expert for both internal and customer teams. Participate in sales calls and present proposals. Respond to support calls and resolve issues promptly.
