Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Sage 100 consultant or in similar midmarket ERP solutions.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficiency in project scoping, planning, requirements gathering, and business process mapping.
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and meet deadlines.
• Strong understanding of accounting, sales, manufacturing, and inventory management practices.
• Excellent organizational, communication, decision-making, and analytical skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Strategically guide customers through the software implementation process.
• Deliver informative training sessions and engage customers effectively.
• Provide outstanding post-implementation service and support.
• Conduct in-depth discovery meetings to identify customers’ needs.
• Produce professional documentation, including Statements of Work.
• Perform project scoping, planning, business process mapping, and UAT testing.
• Act as the Subject Matter Expert for both internal and customer teams.
• Participate in sales calls and present proposals.
• Respond to support calls and resolve issues promptly.
