Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Sage 100 consultant or in similar midmarket ERP solutions.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proficiency in project scoping, planning, requirements gathering, and business process mapping.
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and meet deadlines.
- Strong understanding of accounting, sales, manufacturing, and inventory management practices.
- Excellent organizational, communication, decision-making, and analytical skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to travel as needed.
Responsibilities
- Strategically guide customers through the software implementation process.
- Deliver informative training sessions and engage customers effectively.
- Provide outstanding post-implementation service and support.
- Conduct in-depth discovery meetings to identify customers’ needs.
- Produce professional documentation, including Statements of Work.
- Perform project scoping, planning, business process mapping, and UAT testing.
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert for both internal and customer teams.
- Participate in sales calls and present proposals.
- Respond to support calls and resolve issues promptly.
