• Familiarity with accounting software, preferably Netsuite
• Must keep information confidential to protect organization values
• Strong organizational ability and self-starter
• Excellent attention to detail with a professional attitude
• Reliable team player with effective communication skills
• Ability to consistently meet deadlines
• Comfortable working remotely and self-motivated

Responsibilities:

• Processing and auditing invoices
• Managing transactions on corporate cards, both virtual and physical
• Handling travel and employee reimbursements
• Maintaining current accounts and timely vendor payments
• Handling confidential information with integrity
• Contributing to process building and improvement within the Accounting team
