Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Knowledge of benefit regulations is required.
• Prior exposure to Workday is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite: Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams.
• Customer service focused.
• Demonstrated presentation skills to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities:

• Functions as the senior benefits partner for EMEA countries, collaborating with HR on benefit items.
• Ensures compliance with local benefit laws and recommends improvements.
• Supports initiatives like benchmarking and benefit plan design reviews.
• Handles day-to-day benefit administration and audits for data integrity.
• Acts as a resource for employee benefit questions and collaborates with brokers.
• Communicates and rolls out new or changed benefit programs.
• Analyzes benefit plan data for trends and performance improvements.
• Drives process efficiency and technology automation including Workday.
• Supports onboarding new Legal Entities and sets up benefit packages.
• Identifies process improvement opportunities.
