Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of paid search experience.
  • Experience in applying search marketing to brand-building and direct response initiatives.
  • Strong command of search engine research and reporting resources.
  • Enjoy collaboration with internal and external teams.
  • Passion for digital space and healthcare industry.
  • Strong knowledge of paid search landscape including SA360, Google, Bing, and Apple Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Ability to thrive in a changing landscape.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the day-to-day management of performance-driven campaigns.
  • Design and implement successful paid search campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
  • Perform keyword research and analysis.
  • Develop campaigns across various search engines including keywords, ad groups, and ad copy.
  • Optimize campaigns, provide reporting and insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and key stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with industry trends.
  • Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns against goals (ROI and KPIs).

  • Review performance data regularly to make strategic decisions.
  • Serve as the PPC expert by implementing best practices and overcoming challenges to achieve campaign goals.
  • Collaborate with other teams, including analytics, IT, CRO, SEO, and social media.
  • Effectively communicate the intricacies of search media and its impact on business performance.
  • Build strong relationships across different teams and communicate with ad network reps.
  • Provide recommendations for campaigns based on shared PPC and internal stakeholder goals.
