• Proven track record in shaping total rewards strategies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
• Commitment to inclusive leadership and team growth.
• Familiarity with tools such as Radford, Pave, Carta, Workday, and BambooHR.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a related discipline.

Responsibilities:

• Promote human impact and accountability through total rewards strategies.
• Develop a revitalized 'Talent System' including compensation philosophy and benefits redesign.
• Anticipate market trends to design fair, scalable total rewards programs.
• Lead global total rewards initiatives and optimize job architecture.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and data privacy.
• Develop and execute cross-functional total rewards strategies.
• Establish a Compensation Committee for the Board.
• Enhance measurement frameworks for total rewards effectiveness.
