Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in a DevOps, IT or similar role.
• 3+ years of experience managing an IT or DevOps team (3+ people).
• Experience with security compliance, preferably SOC 2 Type 2.
• Experience with GCP, AWS, and Azure.
• Proficiency in cloud cost management and optimization strategies.
• Hands-on experience managing Kubernetes clusters.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub actions).
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Grafana and Prometheus.
• Experience in managing cloud and IT security protocols.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Own technical roadmap for IT and DevOps in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Foster a collaborative team culture promoting knowledge sharing and professional growth.
• Manage SOC 2 Type 2 compliance standards within infrastructure.
• Implement and optimize cloud cost management strategies.
• Ensure up-to-date cloud and IT security protocols.
• Manage vendor relationships and software costs.
• Oversee IT services including onboarding and offboarding.
• Automate cloud management, including Kubernetes clusters.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Provide Tier 2 support for infrastructure-related issues.
