Requirements:

• Minimum 4+ years of field sales management experience at a molecular diagnostics/genetics company.
• Strong experience in hiring, developing, and motivating a sales team.
• Successful sales track record with strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
• Effective time management and strategic thinking abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a comprehensive, data-driven sales strategy and business plan for the Great Lakes North region.
• Build and lead a high-performing sales team to execute sales strategies responsibly.
• Recruit, hire, train, manage, and develop staff effectively.
• Create customized pitch presentations for OBGYNs, MFMs, and prenatal Genetic Counselors.
• Use data to analyze sales results, identify trends, and stay updated on competition.
