Requirements:

• Minimum three (3) years of Women's Health sales experience at a genetics or diagnostics company covering Vermont or medical device/pharma experience directly calling upon OBGYNs, MFMs.
• Demonstrated successful sales track record with solid negotiation skills and an understanding of buyer/decision maker types.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with an ability to present effectively.
• Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize opportunities.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to think strategically.
• Ability to assess the needs of medical professionals in a consultative sales capacity.

Responsibilities:

• Increase revenue and drive market development through direct sales to individual OBGYNs, MFMs, and Genetic Counselors.
• Create and implement a strategic business plan to grow revenue quickly in your geography.
• Engage in effective prospecting and cultivate new business while maintaining key relationships.
