Previous experience working with patients or in a medical practice setting. Demonstrated proficiency in handling patient interactions over the phone or making calls on behalf of doctors. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. An empathetic and compassionate approach to patient care. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare processes preferred. Proficiency with computer systems and electronic medical records (EMR) software.
