Requirements:

• BA/BS degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field required.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in engineering with a focus on infrastructure, resilience, or disaster risk reduction.
• Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Experience with MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
• Strong technical engineering skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, and excellent writing and communication skills.
• Relevant certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical engineering support for projects, including the design, analysis, and implementation of infrastructure improvements.
• Assist in the development of project plans, ensuring alignment with program objectives.
• Perform engineering design and analysis for infrastructure projects, including risk assessments and resilience planning.
• Prepare and review technical reports, design drawings, specifications, and documentation in compliance with guidelines.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective project delivery.
• Ensure quality assurance and control for engineering aspects, adhering to best practices and regulations.
• Engage with community stakeholders for input and provide project updates.
• Conduct site assessments and inspections to gather data and monitor project progress.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior engineers and project team members.
