Requirements:
  • Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Information & Computer Science, Statistics or a related quantitative discipline.
  • 5+ years of technical hands-on networking support experience.
  • 5+ years of experience leading and managing teams.
  • 5+ years of IT operational delivery support experience.
  • 5+ years of customer service and leadership experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in migrating on-premises workloads to public cloud.
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure and networking.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in both cloud and on-premise environments.
  • Experience in ITIL disciplines and managing conflicts.
  • Proven track record in a large-scale enterprise environment with excellent problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of network services to clients, ensuring timely implementation and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide Level 3 troubleshooting support for both cloud and on-premise networks.
  • Lead technical network projects from planning through implementation.
  • Act as technical authority, guiding the network team and clients.
  • Design and manage cloud-based network solutions, optimizing performance and cost-efficiency.
  • Build and maintain vendor relationships, ensuring adherence to service level agreements.
  • Oversee network incident management, including root cause analyses for future prevention.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement in networking services.
