Requirements:

• Earned a terminal degree in Leadership, Higher Education, Research, or Community College.
• 1+ year experience in teaching and leadership in a formal educational setting.
• Experience in developing online/virtual professional relationships.
• Evidence of professional research and/or creative endeavors in the field.

Responsibilities:

• Relate directly to students, handling instructional responsibilities to support and enhance the learning experience.
• Interact directly with students in a professional manner.
• Facilitate a safe and productive learning environment.
• Respond to student requests and monitor inactive students.
• Oversee course quality and provide feedback on assignments.
• Synthesize and report student performance data.
