Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • CRM/E-mail operations experience.
  • Commitment to learning and developing skills.
  • Good interpersonal and time management skills.
  • Ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to exercise good judgment.
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
  • Must reside within a 45 mile commute to Palm Beach, Florida.
Responsibilities:
  • Makes cold calls and conducts in-person visits to existing educational partners and prospective organizations.
  • Manages a database of prospective students acquired through personal development efforts.
  • Conducts prospective student interviews and matches College benefits to students’ needs.
  • Maintains consistent contact with prospective students and provides high-level customer service.
  • Maintains strong ongoing working relationships with partner networks.
  • Collaborates with management and peers on strategic ideas and areas for improvement.
  • Creates and executes event/activity plans for student recruitment.
  • Attends trade shows and conferences to promote ACE’s programs.
