Requirements:

• Minimum of BS degree with 6 or more years' experience leading programs, MS degree with 3+ years of experience, or PhD with 1+ years of experience.
• 5 or more years program management experience is required, with a preference for 3 years' experience as program manager in an autonomous systems organization.
• Must reside in the Detroit Michigan area.

Responsibilities:

• Leads cross-functional team members to drive complex, ambiguous program management mechanisms across engineering, regulatory, operations, and safety.
• Define mechanisms from scratch that ensure cross-functional communication, integrated goal planning and tracking, and aligning work streams across the enterprise.
• Drive the organization to successfully achieve program objectives and measures of success.
• Clearly articulate status of programs, projects, and initiatives through frequent updates, dashboards, and metrics.
• Identify, map, track, and drive dependencies to resolution.
• Create and drive enterprise-wide use of a risk, issues, and opportunities mechanism, including mitigation paths.
• Develop & operate an integrated scheduling and dependency mapping mechanism incorporating functions enterprise-wide.
• Analyzes product milestones and ensures cross-functional work is planned and executed to meet objectives.
• Defines executive-level key performance metrics and regular inspection mechanisms.
• Engages all appropriate stakeholders to ensure all departments focus on the highest priority business needs.
• Collaborates across program management, technical program management, and product management teams.
