Requirements:

• 8+ years of engineering, product management, program management, or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with modern cloud software development practices, such as containers, Kubernetes, and serverless.
• Strong technical abilities and a proven track record of providing effective solutions to complex problems.
• Experience in building inclusive team environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with the CEO and CTO to define the product vision for the Pulumi infrastructure-as-code product.
• Manage the roadmap for delivering on the product vision.
• Work closely with engineering managers to ensure steady progress on the roadmap.
• Build a deep understanding of Pulumi's customers and their unmet needs.
• Collaborate with UX design and engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions.
• Own features from idea to successful adoption through collaboration with marketing, customer success, and sales.
• Analyze data to inform decision-making and define input/output metrics for success.
