Requirements:

• 2+ years' experience leading and deploying Workday implementations or as a client of Workday.
• Experience configuring Workday Adaptive Insights areas: Reporting & OfficeConnect, Sheet Modeling, Security, Integrations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly in a remote environment.
• Some consulting skills e.g., presenting, creating documentation, explaining functionality.
• Ability to manage competing deadlines and priorities effectively.
• Proven initiative and curiosity in expanding skills and managing parallel projects.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.

Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, test, and implement client business requirements in Workday Adaptive module(s).
• Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements. Assess client needs and propose recommendations.
• Assist clients in testing configurations and provide knowledge transfer.
• Collaborate on team-based projects and innovate practices to deploy Workday effectively.
• Manage multiple, concurrent client projects without supervision and communicate lessons learned.
• Contribute to knowledge management and provide guidance to team members.
