Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a technical discipline, or equivalent; Master’s degree/MBA is a plus.

Responsibilities:
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the inbound India/ SEA/ HK sales team at Wati.
  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives (SDRs, AEs, Presales).
  • Build the outbound motion and teams in India and SEA/HK.
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team on a weekly basis.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  • Work closely with the sales ops team and provide direction on CRM set-up and build playbooks for SDRs and AEs.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to discuss demand generation strategies and sales enablement.
