Requirements:

Must have the ability to obtain a US Public Trust Clearance.
College degree (B.S.) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
At least 1 year of related technical experience as a business analyst and scrum master.
Experience with testing activities surrounding SIT, FQT, and UAT.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Strong collaboration skills and desire to work within a team.
Preferred: Certification as SCM or similar Agile/Scrum certifications.

Responsibilities:

Work alongside the Government Product Owners to develop an Agile backlog consisting of features, epics, and stories.
Complete testing activities surrounding SIT, FQT, UAT, and system production testing during release intervals.
Actively participate and drive Agile ceremonies, including Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Grooming and Planning, Sprint Retrospectives, and Sprint Reviews.
Facilitate meetings, track action items, and manage task assignments throughout the product lifecycle.
