Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in customer support and/or sales role.
  • Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry and with Brand Teams is essential.
  • Project Management, HUB Operations, or Specialty Pharmacy Operations experience preferred.
  • Technical skills are a must.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Forms strategic partnerships with clients to understand business goals and infrastructure.
  • Acts as an advisor to clients and colleagues.
  • Presents new ideas and solutions to upsell products and services.
  • Develops client relationships through regular communication about service quality.
  • Collaborates with Client Services to resolve support issues.
  • Ensures high client satisfaction through effective service delivery.
  • Primary point of contact for sales and service issues.
  • Participates in client reviews and planning meetings as needed.
  • Monitors project milestones and tracks progress.
