Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Product Management and/or Product Ownership certifications desired: CPM, CSPO, PSPO, ACPMPO, or equivalent certification/s.
  • 12+ years of experience in product management, product strategy development, product lifecycle management, and product launch.
  • Experience in physical product creation of footwear through utilization of systems, tools, and processes.
  • A track record of product and project management success in a global organization with Physical Product Lifecycle capabilities.
  • Demonstrated success managing a team of product owners across multiple geographies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications and facilitation skills targeted at business stakeholders, product managers, and engineers.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of Physical Product Lifecycle products, from conception and development to launch and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and articulate a clear vision for the Physical Product Lifecycle product group in alignment with overarching business strategy.
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and new opportunities to enhance the product offerings.
  • Create transparency into roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company's overall objectives and market opportunities.
  • Ensure the delivery of business outcomes and value through a technical understanding of physical and digital product creation systems.
  • Define and monitor success criteria as well as both leading and lagging key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Regularly report progress to senior management and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and technical teams impacted by Product Lifecycle to drive strategic alignment.
  • Prioritize impactful problems to solve, shaping solution options for product and delivery teams.
  • Manage the product management budget and resources to achieve business objectives.
  • Work closely with other product groups and functional departments to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business units.
  • Manage risk and remove impediments impacting product efficiencies through continuous improvement initiatives.
