Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital or a related field; Master’s Degree / MBA is a plus.
• 8+ years of experience in marketing operations, agency account management, and production.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with strong presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and thrive under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Asana.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle and internal communications for global integrated marketing campaigns across multiple seasons and agencies.
• Own all logistics for campaigns and strategic initiatives, including budget planning and managing day-to-day agency relationships.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and addressing issues during the campaign lifecycle.
• Systematize agency engagement processes and evaluate project management tools for enhanced efficiency.
