Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) required, advanced business degree a plus.
• 10+ years of pharmaceutical experience with 5+ years in sales or market access.
• 2+ years of experience in the corrections or criminal justice system.
• Proven sales or market access performance in specialty pharmacy markets.
• Experience with complex customer protocols and specialty pharmacy network management.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, create and implement opportunities within key accounts in criminal justice and federal systems.
• Engage with customers and identify educational opportunities.
• Ensure access for appropriate patients at various correctional institutions and Veterans Affairs.
• Execute business development strategies and review market reports to meet objectives.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders and achieve access and outcome goals.
