Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Lead QA Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in automated testing using Playwright and Jest.
• Experience with manual testing techniques and best practices.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Jira, and Postman, as well as React, Nextjs, Gitlab, express, and typescript.
• Excellent bug reporting and documentation skills.
• Ability to understand and contribute to product requirements and specifications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute automated tests using Playwright and Jest for app components, focusing on 65-70% of testing efforts.
• Perform manual testing for new features and critical functionalities, covering 30-35% of testing efforts.
• Create detailed bug tickets for engineering using Jira, ensuring thorough research and reproduction steps.
• Identify and document happy paths for new features to maintain comprehensive testing coverage.
• Update and maintain testing suites to address newly discovered issues and prevent regression.
• Collaborate with the product team to comprehend feature requirements and recognize edge cases.
• Troubleshoot and fix broken or flaky tests that may block deployments.
• Drive process improvements in QA practices and testing methodologies.
