Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 7-9 years of work experience in product or marketing within the fashion or retail sectors.
  • Experience with product collaborations in retail or fashion.
  • Expertise in lifestyle footwear preferred.
  • Ability to conceptualize and execute projects to strict deadlines.
  • Experience managing product launches across multiple channels.

Responsibilities:
  • Create and share a 6-12 month view of Consumer Marketing Strategies for Men’s and Collaborations.
  • Own the consumer journey and ensure campaigns address awareness, consideration, purchase, loyalty, and advocacy needs.
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Collabs to activate campaigns based on market insights.
  • Lead integrated 360 marketing plans with clear KPIs and ensure collaborative execution across various channels.
  • Manage marketing for collaborations and ensure alignment with creative and brand communications.
  • Guide budget planning for key stories and initiatives.
  • Oversee regional execution of global campaigns and align them with brand strategies.
  • Partner with marketing analysts to provide recaps and inform future campaigns.
