Requirements:

• A minimum of 4 years' experience in Instructional Design.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in creative writing.
• Proficiency in English, either primary fluency or bilingual/full professional proficiency.
• Strong views on communication for diverse audiences and a keen eye for visual design.

Responsibilities:

• Leads Instructional Designers and subject matter experts to develop e-learning course content.
• Analyzes, designs, develops, implements, and evaluates online learning solutions based on client requirements.
• Creates innovative design ideas and guides a team of various roles in project execution.
• Manages course content files, tracks documentation and version control, and conducts creative meetings.
• Facilitates multiple delivery methods for course content.
