Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience working as a Product Designer with a proven track record in creating engaging and intuitive user experiences.
• Deep expertise in DAW music production.
• 3+ years of experience designing audio/music interfaces, such as DAW VST plugins.
• 3+ years of experience in Javascript and front-end development.
• Familiarity with web and native development frameworks, understanding their capabilities and limitations.
• Experience authoring and managing design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across products.
• A portfolio showcasing a history of high-quality work, highlighting design process, creativity, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process from concept to execution, creating user-centered designs for web and native applications.
• Build rapid prototypes to test and validate concepts early and often, iterating quickly based on user feedback and technical feasibility.
• Partner closely with the engineering team, leveraging technical knowledge in Javascript and audio DSP frameworks to ensure audio interaction designs are feasible and performant.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and ensure a deep understanding of users' needs and behaviors.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging tech, and best practices in music tech and user experience design.
