Requirements:

• College degree in accounting, finance, economics, or business; with a minimum of 6 hours of college-level accounting coursework required, including intermediate financial accounting.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in credit analysis at a bank with assets of $1 billion or more.
• Experience analyzing complex investment CRE borrowers with deal sizes between $2 million and $20 million.
• Demonstrated skills in analyzing rent rolls, leases, and cash flow.
• Exceptional ability to analyze and interpret various financial statements.
• Experience analyzing compliance of borrowing base certificates.
• Proven verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple requests, working independently.
• Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze the financial condition and cash flow of borrowers, identifying trends in financial ratios.
• Convert financial statements into a common-size spreadsheet using financial spreading software.
• Conduct in-depth reviews of rent rolls, leases, and financial documents to assess income generation capabilities.
• Present findings in comprehensive credit approval documents detailing loan requests and borrower financial condition.
• Communicate with lenders and borrowers to gather necessary information.
• Assist lenders with loan structuring and underwriting.
• Assist in tracking borrower financial statement requirements as needed.
• Perform quality control reviews of imaged documents.
